Tenderloin Filet

The Tenderloin Filet is cut from a muscle that does very little work, which makes it the tenderest, juiciest cuts of beef available.  Each cut is individidually vaccuum sealed for freshness and ranges from .30 to .45 lb in size.  

Cooking Tips

Tenderloin Steak is also know as Filet Mignon.  It is best to salt lightly to bring out flavor, sear and use the gentle heat of an oven to cook to a medium rare.
